If your documents have convinced us that you are the right candidate, the first step has been taken and you are closer to your aim of working for Telekom. We will now invite you to a first interview with the responsible recruiter and the business. This can take place over the phone or, if possible, on-site and in person.
Selected jobs, for example with management responsibility, also require an additional selection step – the Assessment Center. Here, you can convince us with your specialist competence in accordance with our five Telekom Guiding Principles.
If you are our top candidate, a secondary discussion may take place if required, during which we can discuss additional details with you such as conditions, starting date and further plans.
Everything okay? Fantastic. Your working contract can be drawn up – and then it’s time to say “Welcome aboard!”
If, however, it should turn out that our expectations do not completely match after all, we will also inform you of this straight away.
